The Blues Train - Shake Rattle 'n' Roll

The Artists

Shaun Kirk
Shaun Kirk
Having only picked up a guitar for the first time in 2004 at age 16, Shaun Kirk has achieved a great deal in such a short time.

His sound, while based in blues/roots and folk, has developed from influences ranging from Bob Dylan, Robert Johnson, David Bowie, Muddy Waters and Harry Manx. However, Shaun continues to develop his own sound; mixing his natural groove with a broad range of musical styles.

Shaun’s strong, distinctive vocals, raw beats, resonant guitar sounds and blues harmonica are consistently blended with socially conscious lyrics to deliver a captivating experience for his audience whenever he takes the stage… and if you were to close your eyes, it is somewhat difficult to believe it is only person producing this truly sole sound.
